We are a slice-of-life style roleplay focusing on interpersonal drama and the struggles that come with being a discreet community of supernatural beings living in close proximity to mundane humans. Starlit Avenue's rules are non-exhaustive, and subject to change as the need arises. Our goal is to create an open and welcoming place for our community to gather, have fun, and make stories together. If anyone's behavior detracts from that goal, we will step in even if there is no rule explicitly covering the particular situation.
We are an 18+ community, and will not accept any members under the age of eighteen as a result. While we are not focused on NSFW content, we do allow it. Anyone found to be lying about being at least 18 years old will receive an instant and permanent ban.
If most sites don't allow it, we probably don't either. This includes no spamming, no advertising (outside of the advertising area), posts needing to be fully legible, no excessive swearing, no plagarism, etc. Starlit Avenue is an English language site, and posts should not include non-English languages without featuring an included translation.
Starlit Avenue does not tolerate discrimination. We do not allow the use of slurs either in or out of character, and will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any discrimination against marginalized groups. If you are subjected to such behavior by any of our site's members, please contact the staff immediately to make them aware of it.
