Hideyoshi Tanaka: Father. He sent Confetti to live with his cousin as a last ditch effort to keep his child safe from the demon hunting her down.
Seiji Yasuda (Bloos): First cousin once removed. Confetti doesn't necessarily hate him, only the situation. It doesn't stop her from being a menace at every possible opportunity. Seiji might have temporary ownership over her, but she'll scratch up the couch, sneak (or run out) the house only to come back late at night, and steal Seiji's clothes to toss outside. It's all (annoying) fun and games on the surface. In actuality, it's her way of taking control over the crisis she's been thrown into.
