Introduction

Oscar is the reincarnation/ghost of a homeless man that died. Remembering none of its origins, it lives the life of a dumpster diver, finding trash, socks, and anything else small to eat. It lives a life of constant hiding, instinctively convinced that this is what it must do. From its perspective, it's a helpful creature, removing useless objects, litter, and garbage from the houses of anyone it passes through.

Friends
Oscar wants friends so so badly. This goes against its nature of hiding in the shadows and only coming out to grab whatever it can find. So what else is there to do but merge with the shadows and stalk people it feels a connection with? Someone might sense something unnerving when they walk in the night, and they might be the one to investigate and see Oscar. Or perhaps Oscar made a mistake hiding, whether by choosing a bad target or a bad place to go.

Past?
Oscar isn't aware of its past. This is the only life its known. Someone might be able to change that. A soul reader might find flashes of its past life as Spike. A human might recognize its clothing as being similar or the same as the homeless kid that traveled Portland. An Unwakened human might straight up recognize its human appearance as the now-dead Spike. It's also possible for Oscar to find evidence of its past existence, whether it recognizes it or doesn't.
