Located on Starlight Avenue, Elli's Enchantments is an eclectic tourist shop. It was started over 40 years ago by Elliana Delvaux, a local who passed away a little over a decade ago. It was inherited by Rhiamon Loset. Her daughter and son also work part-time at the shop.

The main sales floor is fully dedicated to local wares, souvenirs, and all the usual tourist shop paraphinalia. Behind the sale's counter is a curtain (enchanted to look like a wall to the unawakened human). Behind this curtain are a few rows of shelves full of enchanted items and potions.

Elli's carries three main types of magic items.
  1. Enchanted items for individuals. You can buy pre-made items, such as glasses that let you see in the dark or a toaster that cooks in half the time, or you can bring in an item for custom enchantments. Custom enchantments start at $40.
  2. Enchanted items for other magic users. These are things like enchanted bottles to keep potions at a certain temperature, a necklace that can hold a spell for twice as long or wands aligned for certain types of magic. These items have special discounts if you buy in bulk. Those who sell potions at Elli's also get another discount.
  3. Potions. These are all on commission from other magic users but they always try to keep a reasonable stock of the basics - healing, ability enhancements, etc. These run about 10% more than the typical cost based on spell difficulty to cover both the labor of the potion maker and the overhead of the shop.
Items are priced based on two factors: the difficulty of the spell/enchantment and the cost of the item being enchanted.
Minor spells/enchantments cost $10-$50 but mainly stay in the $20 range.
Major spells/enchantments start at $100 and usually stay under $500.
Momentous spells/enchantments won't be performed for less than $1000.
