Sleeper Vision: Jay is a 6'3" androgynous black person in their early twenties. Their skin is very dark. They have black, downturned eyes with long eyelashes. They always look tired. They have a shaved head covered by a black hijab. While not muscular, they have a fit with an hourglass figure due to their broad shoulders and wide hips. They're usually seen wearing baggy punk clothing with sunglasses. Looks like an identical triplet of Myst and Caelestis.

Personality​

Social Anarchist: You would think one who values order would hate anarchy, but Jao finds the whole prospect to be rather easy to categorize. Order includes change to accommodate for new information, which means uprooting the status quo to sow the seeds of necessary change. Jao hates the world around it because it's a nonsensical mess that seems to go against this ideal no matter how beneficial. The people in power force rules onto a generalized idea of their population, only leading to a minority thriving. It tries to portray itself as being a violent proponent of anarchism, but in reality, it acts on none of its threats. It prefers to learn from philosophical debates and essays on the different ways a free society could look like.

Planner: Jao's mind is always running, trying to find where a problem is and how to best fix it. Yet it tends to focus too much on the small details and has trouble expressing its ideas. This is why its other half, Myst, is necessary. Myst helps it see the bigger picture and verbalize its thoughts.

Jao, Myst, Neeri, and Rei all share the same origin story: They were created during the early period of Caelestis' life, when they were most lonely. Each one took up a different role to Caelestis' while always reflecting a different part of it. As each creation developed, they began to have their own wants and needs. Caelestis allowed them access to its body to better express themselves, but this wasn't enough. There was only so much they could do through Caelestis body without changing Caelestis' reputation or making it uncomfortable.

This led to them deciding to have bodies separate to Caelestis. With directions from Adranus Narreos, Caelestis went to Chloe Black for help. The two made a deal: Chloe would give the Constellations bodies customized to their likings, Caelestis would give away several willing souls of humans it's eaten along its lifetime.

And then the rest was history.

Personality​

Simplistic: Oscar doesn't have much going on in its head. It's a simple entity made from simple origins. It's not exactly dumb, per say. It knows what it needs to survive (avoid light, don't show itself to humans), but that's really it. Since coming to Polaris Pass, it's been more willing to come out and meet people, but still instinctively avoids crowds.

Friendly?: Oscar isn't malicious, that's for sure. Most of the time it thinks it's helping people. Why throw plastic in the ocean when it can eat that plastic for you? When threatened, its more likely to run away than snap back.

Shy: What else could a being made from the idea of staying hidden and quiet be? Oscar has trouble directly confronting people and would rather not be seen when talking. Their first few attempts at talking to people scared kids from under their beds and lonely adults out of their apartments. Now, they're only willing to talk from the shadows.

Additional Information
Is weirded out when referred to by any pronouns than "It." It isn't female or male, and "they" feels inaccurate from multiple perspectives. It very much sees itself as not human in any sense of the word.

Anything Oscar eats disappears into it and cease existing. It cannot eat anything bigger than its mouths. What's being eaten can be pulled out if there's any part of it not inside the mouth, something which may be difficult once Oscar sinks its teeth in. The mouth taking up a good chunk of its head is the largest.

Oscar is the culmination of the shadows in dumpsters and trash cans. The culmination of trash left under your bed or objects disappearing behind your desk. And that's really all there is to it. Oscar is a cryptid, built off the ideas of where your socks disappear to and all those other little stories. From there, it became semi-sapient, hiding in houses, cleaning up whatever it could find, then disappearing. Travelling from place to place, it eventually found itself at Polaris Pass after filling itself up on Portland, Oregon.

While all of the above is true, Oscar doesn't remember its previous life: A poor, homeless teenager named Spike. He mostly lived in rundown places, scrounging up food where he could. Once in a while he joined punk-anarchist groups who helped each other survive. He could never stick with them, always feeling the need to wander and explore the world. Yet that kind of wandering was his downfall. When he had no one else to support him, he died from hunger, alone and near a dumpster.

Personality​

Arrogant: Neeri has a high opinion of himself and his skills. This typically comes out as him being a braggart. While he has a genuinely good heart, his tendency to tease when showing off ends up making him an asshole. When his attitude his pointed out, he'll try to tone down, but he'll easily revert back to his own ways in the heat of the moment.

Peacemaker: While Neeri is technically not a pacifist, he heavily believes that violence isn't the answer to all problems. Despite this, he has a strong instinct to hunt and react aggressively. Most of his aggression comes from him trying to ignore his instincts until they hit their boiling point. Neeri strives to make up for this flaw by becoming an amazing healer. He believes in only using violence to let out his instincts on animals and to protect others.

Trickster: Neeri is a naturally playful person. He goes through life seeing everything as a game. Pranks, jokes, and flirting are all fair game to him. Unfortunately, he has a YouTuber's perception of pranking, which, to put it lightly, is being an insulting and annoying jerk.

Personality​

Individualist Anarchist: Myst's perception of is for people to do what they will. If it follows rules, it's to benefit itself, and most importantly, Caelestis; otherwise, fuck it. It'll shove itself into any situation for the fun of it, strain tensions, then see how far it can push it towards its breaking point before backing off. Its perfect world is one where anyone can do whatever they want. People should live the best version of their lives. If they have an issue with someone else's way of living? Then that will be a fun show for Myst while it eats popcorn.

Rigid: Thoughts that Myst hasn't come to itself practically don't exist at all. When told to change its mind about anything, it loses its cool and becomes irritable. Sometimes the result is it being loud and confrontational, sometimes it becomes quiet and withdrawn. In the end, it always sticks with what it has chosen. Only a long argument, authority, or one of the Constellations (mainly Caelestis or Jao) can make it change its mind or begrudgingly go against its decision.

Sociable: Between it and Jao, Myst is the "fun one." Seeing order everywhere pushes it to go where there's the least amount. People fit both of Myst's needs to communicate and mess everything up. The dynamic human species is is favorite. One second it travel by sentient four-legged powerhouses of death, next they travel within inorganic four-wheeled powerhouses of death. On an individual scale, they're all over the place. There are infinite layers to a person that it loves peeling back. Humans make rules and break them every chance they get, and Myst revels in encouraging it.

When feeling childish or panicked, they sometimes revert to a smaller, child form. When aggressive, an animal form.
Sleepers will perceive them as a child or the closest animal they resemble in those instances.

Personality​

Emotional: Caelestis is a creature playing human. Its idea of humanity is based on information its stolen from the humans, animals, and objects it has absorbed. It's capable of doing short basic interactions before its natural state starts showing through. Its instincts typically show in sudden bursts of emotions not appropriate for the situation, such as randomly bursting into tears or growling in anger. If under-stimulated, it might intentionally cause trouble just to do something.

Shy: Caelestis' just can't quite get the hang of people. It enjoys watching them and studying their behavior, but being one feels downright impossible. When suddenly faced with conversation, it either goes with the first thing on its mind or take too long to formulate an answer. Though direct conversation tends to be a failure, it has an easier time when there's a "buffer," such as drawing or writing responses. Either way, talking to it has a good chance of leading to awkwardness.

Naivé: Caelestis was made to follow directions and be used, something it has never been able to move past. It defaults to looking for an authority figure to follow, and when it finds one, or multiple, its quick to trust. This lack of common sense mainly stems from the only logic Caelestis knows: dream logic. That is to say, it goes by incredibly inconsistent rules that only makes sense from its perspective. No matter how nonsensical the thing asked, if it can be explained with some kind of logic, Caelestis will take it as truth.

Core Advantage
By turning a significant portion of its body into a mouth, Caelestis can envelop a living creature or object in its body to slowly drain them/it of their/its emotions, memories, and dreams, dissolving them/it in the process. From most to least nutritious would be sapient creatures, animals, then objects. Sapience has the most vivid memories and emotions, constituting a whole meal. Objects gather information from their creation and surroundings, so they constitute as snacks. Not eating results in a deep sleep as an alternative to regaining energy.

Absorbing creatures and objects as makes them permanent residents of Caelestis' dimension within its body. All information is stored in its library.

There was never an exact time where Caelestis came into being. It transitioned from being little more than an idea to having as much sentience as an animal. A final push was needed for it to become sapient. To become real.

That push came from a group of awakened supernatural scouters noticing an abandoned building with snow inside. As the snow built up, a forest grew and wildlife appeared, growing bigger the deeper they went. that has snow inside and led into a forest with trees and wildlife that became bigger the further they entered. Upon taking some samples from the forest and exiting, it disappeared, the only evidence of its existence being the samples. Upon returning to their headquarters, during a study of the samples in hopes of using it into a device, Caelestis' was pulled from the in between of unreal and real and fully into real. For the most part. Its mind still wasn't all there.

It was practically a baby with the ability to attack when frightened and hunt when hungry. Overwhelmed by the constant barrage of sensations and emotions, it made a haphazard attempt at escape while eating anything along the way. It almost worked, but the shock of being real and recently fed left it exhausted. Right at the exit, it fell asleep. Its sleep lasted almost a month, in which it was trapped in a box and monitored.

When it awoke, there was a lot of struggling, growling, and tears. It took a while for reason to make it accept the part of an obedient test subject. An aggravating task that required it to switch up their personality regular. The only upside was figuring out the information it received about the facility when researched.

All of this culminated into the last time it was let out of its room. From there, it was easy to squish its body down and leave through the ventilation system and any other places hard to shove a human in.

This was possibly the best case scenario for Caelestis. A secret place where it was allowed to eat and train its abilities, then leave. And the loneliness? That was only a problem for a short time. It was easier to dream about completely separate people instead of a persona they were acting the part of.

The rest of its life wasn't as exciting. It kept to abandoned areas for sleep, then went out hunting for people, animals, and objects to eat. One animal in particular was interesting. It was a deer with wings, and within that deer was the knowledge of Polaris Pass. Intrigued, Caelestis set their sights on the town. Amazed by what it had found, they hid in the woods. Sometimes in houses if it wanted to grab a quick snack. Enough exploration brought them to a dilapidated cottage with nothing inside. From there on out, that was its home.

Its money came from it planning stories in its head, writing them at public libraries, and publishing them. Donations from fans allowed it to slowly furnish their home and publish digital books. Caelestis' online persona is well-known in book spaces for its surrealism fiction and poetry, as well as the unconventional writing techniques to better express those stories.
