Who's Rizah? Who's the Syndicate? Rizah is the product of a multi-million-dollar+ collaboration between a Eurasian crime syndicate and the NEK0 group. She's essentially an enhanced NEK0 with some special abilities and cyborg-style micro-upgrades for things like wall climbing and special senses. Rizah was created about 8 years ago, and after an extensive training period (accelerated by Rapid Learning, other possible memory buffs, and obedience elements) she entered her position. Her training would have largely taken place in the Middle East, possibly her main base was there but a bit removed. Also worth noting that the syndicate is not allied with any specific government, but may have a hand in many, primarily as like... hired do-crimers that carry out various crime things in addition to their own more subliminal agendas (but aren't aligned with any one specific nation or belief system). Rizah herself was made for the sneakies— theft, spying, scouting, assassinations, etc.
She was conditioned to be a tool, and not a person, with her feline traits expanded on in order to buff her abilities and keep her dependent on the syndicate — financially, emotionally, etc. Things like social norms and ethics were left out of her training, in favor of fighting styles, weapons training, geography, etc. She knows what she needs for her job, and little of anything else, pointedly and purposefully.
Inciting Event: After... something. Possibly just the passage of time, possibly after an incident she caused, etc, they decided to upgrade. Rendered outdated, Rizah was due to be "decommissioned" in favor of a newer, upgraded super soldier. One of her handlers — those that cared for her, treated wounds, educated her, etc — took pity, perhaps had been for a while. The handler would have essentially kidnapped her and defected in the name of saving her life. After defecting, they came to Polaris Pass, as it's a supernatural hotspot — easier for Rizah to blend in — and out of the scope of the syndicate's influence (they have few to no ties to America, perhaps even enemies).
I am looking for this handler.
You would have a ton of flexibility in terms of their story and details; race, gender, personality, backstory, abilities, etc, there's a lot of wiggle room, so long as things fit thematically. Plots would largely include the interpersonal one between handler and Rizah; they would have a complicated relationship, provided their history, as well as her still-extant perspective of herself as a tool/weapon/extension of someone else's will. Lots of mutual de-programming and re-conditioning, exploring the quiet joys of day-to-day domesticity, learning how to be autonomous people, etc. Tons of self-exploration, and likely rife with complicated feelings/relationship shifts, especially as time progresses and Rizah gains more autonomy. Important to note that handler would need to be okay with "for the greater good" actions, i.e. effectively tracking/imprisoning Rizah at first to prevent her from returning to the syndicate. She'd be allowed to roam, but would be under orders to them.

And final note: I am theoretically open to having a third character in essentially the same position as Rizah, or a second handler/ally, something along those lines. I'm also open to changing the initial scenario depending on what kinds of ideas are tossed.
