Narreos' Notary Services has been in business for the past four years, serving the unawakened community as a simple notary, and the supernatural community in a more... creative manner. Operating out of a small office in a strip mall on main street, the sign has been enchanted to say Paperwork for the Supernatural to anyone unaffected by the veil.
The office is small, little more than a single room with a desk and a small waiting area near the front, and does appointments or walk-in as necessary. A significant portion of their business is from the supernatural, but there are still completely mundane causes (sometimes people really need official papers notarized).
