- Summary:
- Rhett and James were setting off fireworks in the woods, as you do, when they quickly notice they are not alone. Before they can scram out of the scene, James gets shot in the shoulder by a mystery attacker. In a moment of fight or flight, James choses fight and shifts into a dragon. The mystery attackers come out from the bushes and attempt to attack the two. Rhett tries to make sense of what is happening, he hears them muttering in French about Alex. He desperately tries to communicate in broken French that neither of them are Alex, it translates more to “ I am Rhett, I am James”. In the midst of this disjointed french yelling match, Alex arrives. James and Rhett make a run (fly) for it, he screams at Alex, many feet in the air.
- As to not awaken any sleepers, Alex opens his portal to the Bone Zone and the entirety of them fly in to continue fighting. Alex takes on the other dragon attackers and proceeds to kill each of them. Once they are taken care of Rhett goes to check James and tries to stop the bleeding. Alex comes over as well to explain the context of what happened, Rhett was too distraught to pay attention. He begins to cough. The three of them exit the portal, the explanation continues. His voice shot from the yelling and now coughing, Rhett distances himself to hack up blood, the result of constant flickering for over fifteen minutes. Alex realizes that it would be easier for the other two to stay in the portal while he flies to Hudson, so that’s what they do.
