Nerfs and Flavor: While it is not as much of a disadvantage as 'Sensitive,' Nat is very sensitive to light, and bright lights can induce distracting visual hallucinations. Bright lights appear to have tendrils emanating from them, sometimes taking up most of his vision. With regard to 'Camera Shy,' images of him are almost always aberrant in some way, often in the same way that radiation affects photos.

SECTION SIX: History

Date of Birth: July 7th

Place of Birth: If it's in another world, dimension, etc, please note that.

History: (will flesh this out later i swear)
- was born with spina bifida, parents were told he would have limited mobility
- other stuff
- began working for his father's biohazard cleanup company, which often dealt with cleaning up crime scenes and corpses, among other un-fun things like that. initially his family doubted his skill in the field and thought he might be better in a desk job, but Nat did surprisingly well both mentally and physically, determined to prove himself.
- One day at work, his cleaners were called to deal with the scene of a suicide that had gone unnoticed for weeks due to the decedent's reclusive nature. His home was full of strange writings and a hoard of books- one, in particular, drawing Nat's attention instantly. Sitting separate from the chaos on the decedent's comparatively tidy desk, it had an irresistible pull on him, and he found himself distracted from work by its eldritch magnetism. While the workers were occupied with cleaning up corpse bile, Nat slipped the book into his bag for later... knowing it was unethical, but wholly unable to resist.
- The book contained writings about a strange God of Light, one whose name cannot be read or understood through human ears, one whose form - crudely sketched on the page as it was - elicited strange visions of a blindingly white and undulating being whose unfathomable mass seemed to creep ever closer to our own dimension. Heavy a tome as it was, Nat found himself in his home reading through it, not sleeping, eating, nor drinking until the task was complete. Indeed, he was in a trance-like state, the writing drawing forth visions of this otherworldly power.
- and he's fucked up now
- After reading the book, Nat periodically has strange visions associated with light. Bright lights appear to have tendrils emanating from them that grasp and ripple, and it seems that he has become more sensitive to light itself. Furthermore, he is plagued with fear and paranoia. For one, he is terrified that he is becoming just like the man he stole the book from- that once he has read it, there will be no going back, and that his last shred of sanity left once he began browsing those pages. On a more existential level, though, Nat's fears step back to the entire universe. He has seen it, along with fleeting glimpses of other dimensions, and is left to wonder: what does it all mean? What is the God of Light coming for? And what will happen when it is here?
