Okay. For those of you who know what this means, Alice is potentially coming to town. For those of you who don't, allow me to explain. My character Elaina is Soulmates^* to her childhood best friend Alice. This is a result of the fact that both of them are reincarnated from over 800 years ago, where Alice was once a Lord, and Elaina her right hand knight. There is a lot to unpack here with this relationship dynamic, and this serves as a fair warning for those who are interested. This character comes with a very high emotion plot that would serve as an integral core plot for both Elaina and Alice. *I want to make it clear ahead of time though that this plot is not your typical: these are soulmates and their going/guaranteed to get together kind of plot. Whether they end up in an established relationship is entirely up to our combined discretion and is not guaranteed. That said, being soulmates does come with some inherent ship focused vibes between the characters.*


Now for the actual character information. Alice is a sleeper currently, and is a very strong personality. Compared to Elaina, Alice was always ahead of the pack and forging her own path. She blazed a trail both in the community and in her passions while Elaina often followed along behind. Alice was big on playing sports, staying in shape, and being a social butterfly. Confidence was one of her primary core traits, and it permeated many of her secondary characteristics. Much like in her last life, Alice was always a natural leader and her interests and positions within teams tended to reflect that. A big part of Alice's backstory is the fact that she is gay. Both her and Elaina grew up in a small, tiny really, midwestern town where everyone knows everyone and most people are religious. Her father is a zealous pastor who, upon finding out Elaina nd Alice were seeing each other, was irate enough to send Alice to conversion therapy in order to "pray the gay away". This led to a rift between Elaina and Alice that ultimately culminated in Elaina running away from home and arriving in polaris pass. Now both girls have graduated, and the distance is drawing them together again.

Given how heavy this plot is and the effect it can have on my own character, I might be a bit picky about who picks this character up. That said, I am down to talk to all interested parties and will likely be slow to actually make a decision since there is a lot to work through and information/questions to answer given how established Elaina is.
