The Elemental and The Bat

I have two character concepts I have floating around in my head/wips. I want my next character to be connected in a more intimate/binding way to either an established character already present in town, or coming to town with another player character that is created alongside them. I am only going to make one of these, and it depends on which one gets more interest and if I like what we come up with.

Dracula's Hottest Wife: The first is a woman who got her hands on vampire blood and managed to create a genetically modified version of it and turned herself. She is very new to being a vampire, and as a result tends to overfeed if not kill the people she feeds on. She's got questionable morals about this, and could end up going either getting worse or getting better. She needs a reason to be in town, magical or mundane. I'm open to this being many things, and her having multiple connections in town. An idea or two was maybe they grew up in polaris and moved away for college and a job, came back home to town after turning themselves.


Captain Planet: I have an idea for an elemental spirit that is one with nature in many ways. They can control most of the natural world in one way or another via elemental control, growing plants, and purifying the world around them. I like the concept of someone stumbling on them and the spirit becoming bound to the person in some capacity. I need a reason for this whole ass critter to be around people in some capacity. Maybe your witch/warlock summoned them as a familiar, but the ritual went wrong. I'm really open on this one.
