  • Polaris Pass has two main schools, Cordelia S. Moore High School, and True North Academy. These schools operate independently, but do share certain clubs, sports teams, and events that would be impossible for True North to have otherwise. The sports teams collectively are called the Polaris Pass Cryptids and their mascot is a shadowy Mothman-esque figure that some fine cute and others find creepy.

Cordelia S. Moore is a standard American high school, teaching grades 9-12. The school is located on the edge of town, and serves as the main high school for Polaris Pass and the surrounding area. Courses are standard, and the school is attended primarily by sleepers, although there are a handful of supernatural students and teachers.

True North Academy presents itself as an exclusive private school located within Aurum Heights. It presents itself as being expensive, with difficult entrance exams, but both of these are covers for the fact that the school is intended for supernatural students only. The school does not actually cost anything to attend. True North teaches from kindergarten to grade 12, and is significantly smaller than Cordelia S. Moore.

Both schools share the following schedule:

    First Day of Class:
    First Tuesday of September.
Thanksgiving Break: Fourth Thursday and Friday of November.
Winter Break: Last week and a half of December, first week of January.
Spring Break: Fourth week of March.
Last Day of School: Second Friday of June.
    Graduation: Third Sunday of June.
