Or, more simply put, Gilly is a lizard KEM0 without an owner- his original owner messed with the IRS and is now in jail for 5 long years. Thankfully, he managed to send Gilly off to one of his first-degree relatives: a sibling, child, or parent. I'm looking for either an established character or a new one to serve as this relative and by extension, Gilly's new owner. My only request is that the character be inexperienced with NEK0s/KEM0s and perhaps even a little unsettled by the concept. Otherwise, go wild! You don't even have to use the Gagnon name- Mr. Gagnon probably changed it legally to sound fancier.
