Summary:

Moose was fascinated by the concept of KIDS, which he had never directly interacted with. He observed there were a lot of kids, and Dahlia insisted she wasn't a kid before getting a roundabout introduction from Moose. He listened to Reese ramble about the building being taken over by raccoons, being very, very confused. He got a general overview of the building's history.

Moose had a moment where Dahlia referenced her 'moms', leading to some confusion. Moose didn't get someone could have two moms, but Dahlia assumed he was being homophobic. Moose ended up with the mistaken idea that two women could just have a baby, and definitely does not understand the mechanics. He had a chance to interrogate the concept of homophobia, which he fundamentally did not get.

He attempted to ask Selkiris about the town, but got nothing. He did end up getting tricked by Reese into fearing the dangers of drop bears, though. Most people filtered out, and Moose was left with Alex. They chatted briefly.

Sela arrived and the two briefly commiserated over being tall, and then discussed how weird the town was. Moose admitted to not having memories, and Sela basically went same. After some discussion, they realized they had very different situations, and Sela lost interest in Moose as a result. Selkiris returned by that point, and Moose asked him about his job, and if he was a wizard. They talked about magic (Moose believing every bit of it), and then were interrupted by Morgan arriving to announce that Selkiris wasn't supposed to be showing the 'unawakened' 'proper magic'.

Mal arrived, and Moose was like an excitable puppy. He let he know about his day, talked about Selkiris's fortune telling. Selkiris read a simple three card spread, getting tower, fool, and the Queen of Pentacles. Moose had no idea what was to come, of course. Others had their cards read, including Mal, who's future involved 'moving on'.

Moose ended up leaving not long after.

Summary:

Moose arrived upstairs to find a whole gang of people, meeting Gany for the first time. Moose noted Gany was hurt, and offered his help before deferring to everyone else. He did give some advice on staples, prescribed some Advil for Gany's injuries, and then even gave Gany some headpats when they were upset.

Summary:

Ganymede directly asked Moose if he saw Gany's tail, and when he confirmed that he did, Gany sat him down for the talk. He explained the whole awakened-sleepers thing, and that not everyone could see the tails and ears. This sort of answered some questions for Moose, but also brought on a lot of new questions. He learned about how the awakened and sleepers worked, and ended with hassling Gany to go to the gym.
