In an upcoming plot, a dormant vampire attacks a series of people, turning at least one(my character sophie), and maybe one other, in the process of trying to recover from its feral starving state. Putting out the feelers for if someone wants to make a recently turned vampire character that would be tied back to this event.

One guaranteed backstory is the lab tech that accidentally woke it up, but it could be some other later attacked person who managed to get away with their life.

EDIT: This type of vampire is based around Dracula Mythos, and my goal with this ad is to both increase the vampire population in polaris pass, but also to create more tie ins with my character sophie as well as a number of other characters on the site that are involved with the incident.
