Butcher's Webs: Hugo can produce webs that effectively function in a manner similar to spiders. These webs can also be spun in a manner that allows them to function similarly to Garrote wire. When the webbing is in this state, Hugo can sharpen the webbing so that it will slice instead of ensnaring.
