Update to New System.

Standard Template

- Added Partial Shifting
- Removed Cold Vulnerability, and added Mental Vulnerability and Cold Blooded
- Tweaked bonus from "removed weakness" to spellcasting.

Lord of the Inferno: James is able to produce flames, fireballs (Can be thrown up to 20 yards) and shoot a beam of fire from his hands (Up to 10 yards in front of him). However, he is also is able to cover his entire body in a protective magical flame. This prevents him from generating any fire, but instead, decreases his vulnerability to magic by 1/2.
Born In Flames: James is able to cover his body in a bright green flame. This flame doesn't burn him, or anything else, and cannot be extinguished by anything other then him turning them off. It acts as more a defensive barrier, nullifying any magic used against him, and weakening any physical damage against him by half.
