Want to note something that was reported to the police? Want to mention a rumor that would be circling? This is the place! Whether it's gossip, news, or something more serious, please be clear about what is being spread. What's the information? Who would be hearing it? And if it's related to a specific thread, please link the thread so people can read for more context.

The real estate community is abuzz with the news of an outsider planning to move here and setting up a business.

His agent is looking for a 40-acre ranch near Polaris Pass, a townhouse preferably in Aurum Heights, and, at least, a 250,000 sqft industrial complex. It also seems that price does not matter.

All that is known about this person is he is a single billionaire eccentric from Australia.

The Trash Man

In the Tourist Town of Polaris Pass, rumors are spreading of dumpsters being cleaned out before garbage disposal can come by. Over the past three weeks, these rumors have grown. With talk that some have seen a masculine or androgynous figure around their dumpsters and trash bags during the night, theory holds that one man is behind this. One woman claims that trash has been disappearing inside her house!

Don't believe it if you dare, but Polaris Pass residents should keep an eye on their garbage. You never know who may be looking...

In the past few days there has been an increase in reported theft of credit cards & IDs stolen from tourist. A few store owners have also reported that they noticed things missing from their stores.

The police has informed everyone to keep a lookout for any suspicious activity and that tourist be aware of their surroundings. It is advised to not let any of your personal belongings out of your sight.
