Realist - Pilvi has her feet firmly on the ground. She is a practical and straightforward woman, and doesn't bother with fantasies, unrealistic expectations or pipe dreams. Pilvi doesn't take what life has to offer lying down if she has the chance to change it, but she won't complain over the cards she's been dealt. "If you have time to complain you have time to make it better", as her mother always said. Though Pilvi does still have the tendency to complain as she does something about it...
Serious - Pilvi isn't funny, and she doesn't have much of a sense of humour. She understands it, and knows when to feign a laugh in a business interaction, but outside that she doesn't bother laughing or smiling overtly when she doesn't find something amusing. You might get her to give a huff of satisfied laughter with karma or irony.
Confrontational - Pilvi isn't afraid of confrontation. She is argumentative and when she feels like she has been wronged she will say something. Pilvi isn't physically confrontational, her best weapon are her sharp words that strike without mercy. But she also isn't afraid to defend herself if someone attacks her, though in that situation Pilvi's favoured strategy is to evade. She isn't stupid enough to engage in combat when she knows it's not her strength.
- Additional Information
- Methodical - Pilvi likes to have order and systems in her life, and that's why she likes cleaning and organizing. She has a knack for finding the perfect way to arrange objects in the most efficient and practical order, she doesn't cut corners and enjoys seeing a space become clean and serene as she works.
Honest - Pilvi doesn't bother with sugarcoating and expresses her opinion honestly to anyone (with varying levels of politeness, she naturally wouldn't disrespect say, her employers to their face).

Pilvi was born in the early 1920s Finland. She lived in the countryside and her family was poor. When she was 13 she was sent to work for a local wealthy landowner. Most of her work consisted of cleaning at the landowner's estate, which Pilvi had talent for. The head housekeeper took Pilvi under her wing and began to train her as her successor.
Pilvi was trained at the estate for the next 10 years, and during these years she found out one shocking truth; the landowner, Erik Löfberg, was a vampire. He periodically took blood from each of his employees and then mesmered them to forget. Pilvi knew about this, because it was the head housekeeper's duty to help Erik cover for his activities.
When Pilvi turned 24, the head housekeeper retired and she took over her duties. This was also when Erik fell for her. Pilvi, however, wasn't interested. For several years Erik kept wooing her, and Pilvi kept rejecting his advances. Then, when Pilvi was almost 30, Erik turned her into a vampire, believing she could finally love him if they were the same. Pilvi merely resented Erik for this, and she tried to leave. But Erik used his powers on her and made her stay and work for him and...be with him.
This continued for almost a century. Then, around 2022, a hunter found out about Erik. He came to his estate and, after a long battle, managed to kill Erik. The moment he died Erik's power over Pilvi vanished and she fled. The hunter, however, chased after her. Pilvi got out of Finland and managed to shake off the hunter by stowing away in a ship that was heading to the US.
When Pilvi got to the US she quickly headed to the west coast. She'd heard of Polaris Pass through Erik, that it was a sanctuary of sorts. Pilvi travelled there, hoping that she could be safe there and that if the hunter ever did find her he wouldn't dare attack her in Polaris Pass.
