Lazy: Overall, Cole is lazy. He's not going to really go out of his way if the payoff isn't worth it.
Disruptive: Will absolutely break up a good thing if he thinks he can.
Venal: Getting his hands dirty for a price is no issue with Cole. Especially if he's able to feed while doing it.

Cole came to existence when tales of the bogeyman first started making their rounds in Polaris Pass. Kids wondering off in the woods often encountered him, only to run home crying to their parents. He would watch from the wood line as parents would threaten their kids that if they didn't behave, the bogeyman would get them. Little did they know...
Flash forward to modern day, Cole has settled into the world much better. Much less eager to scare any and everyone, he now only does enough to stay alive, and the occasional job from other shady sources. These jobs have lead him to run ins with Chloe Black as he has threatened one of her clients and a witness. After the second, Chloe tracked him down and did some threatening of her own. To say that Cole didn't understand what she was getting at would be an understatement, but the way in which she did it struck a chord with him, and now he tries to avoid her clients....or make the person pay double.
It has only been extremely recent that he has actually started making full appearances in public, finding it easier to feed on small bits of fear constantly than trying to feed on a large meal after working for it every once in a while. He loves hanging out at bars as the constant flux of people give him ample feeding opportunities, as people come to drown their sorrows.
