The Wright and Wrong book quartet, which became an unexpected smash hit over the past few years and has confirmed been picked up for a film adaptation, has long been a subject of interest due to the author's secrecy with their identity.

In a press conference earlier this week, the truth came out: the author of the beloved series is one Beatrice Alyssa Casadei. The Q&A session had her very nervous, and she left after only a couple of questions, but with the announcement came confirmation that the books have been picked up by a studio and pre-production is underway.

Christmas White Rabbit Sighted Playing Santa

Children and some parents have seen a rabbit-eared woman in white fur coat late at night, placing gifts under their Christmas trees before apparently vanishing behind objects. Some have considered whether or not they dreamed the entire encounter or if they were so tired their mind played tricks. Yet, the gifts so happened to be real and matched (where realistically applicable) the letter to Santa that children and their parents have placed into a mailbox that changed location throughout Mainstreet on a daily basis.

Some recognized the Christmas White Rabbit to be Alice Wonderland of Wonder Gates.

Late last night a thunderstorm rolled into the outskirts of Polaris Pass, leaving forecasters baffled and debating a potential flash flood warning. It seemed to be pretty intense, before quickly seeming to lose steam and fade away. The local newspaper made minor mention of it the morning after.

For the awakened with a finger on the pulse of major magic in the city, someone was cooking a heft spell last night connected to the weather.

In completely totally unrelated news, Yuto Kaminari is going to be missing class for the foreseeable future for those in the music program at Olcott.

Archer's Meteoric Rise into the Spotlight

During another national level archery competition, local student Sophie Smith has managed to secure her spot on Team USA. She scored an astonishing 29 average in the Recurve and only missed two points on the Compound category. During the interview afterward, Sophie answered questions about her goals and the various competitions that led her here. With her last major competition coming down to the wire against Victoria Morgan, a few questions were about the almost rival like dynamic between the two archers. Sophie spoke praise for Victoria's archery skills, but did not comment on their interpersonal relationship. The competition was outside, but the forecast was mostly cloudy. Those who know sophie and were attentive enough would be able to see the dips in her accuracy happened when cloud coverage opened up enough to bath her in direct sunlight.

With her rise to prominence from a position of otherwise obscurity, some are touting Sophie as the dark horse/underdog among her more experienced teammates. Many reporters are posting about her humble attitude, as she mentioned that she could have performed much better and was a little disappointed in her performance.

More Odd Weather Plagues Local Weather Station Predictions

After predicting that a winter storm was supposed to blow through the Pass today, local weather reports are now reporting that the storm seems to have died out over the mountains before reaching town. They were able to detect that the storm seemed to wane at two different points throughout the night before finally abating entirely.

For those who are closer to Yuto Kaminari, they may know he was planning on casting the spell to reverse his little gender mishap last night using the storm's magic.

A Wild Night in the Arena(sorta)

After ending up on the arena match docket, small time fighter Icefire(known to some as Yasmin Moore) fought 3 matches back to back! The crowd loved it in part due to the fighter previously only ever doing single fights at a time, but mainly because she was particularly brutal. Usually stoic and distant from the crowd, the angelic warrior was seen with anger enough to fell 3 combatants before making her way off the field. Much like usual though, she vanished shortly following the matches.

Many speculate on where she goes, and some other fighters are starting to look into the fighter that made a small splash within her category.

Bubblegum Bee's Identity Revealed!

Breaking news! Pop-Star Bubblegum Bee's identity has been revealed in dramatic fashion. After a scary incident when Bee fell unconscious on stage and was rushed to the hospital, she made a triumphant return in New York after only canceling one show. It was there, between her two hit songs, "Unapologetically You" and "What to do" that Bee stopped everything and began addressing the audience. In a wild turn of events and stage effects, Bubblegum Bee transformed into an ordinary-looking person, a far cry from the outlandish pop-star we all know. It turns out this girl is one Bridget Kelsha from a little town called Polaris Pass.

Rumors are swirling that Bee is now being hit with several major lawsuits from her record label and manager, Felix Blackwell.

Who Can Know: It would be major, worldwide news, so everyone can know.

Wonder-Full Sweets are now available at Wonder Gates

Following a mysterious disappearance from the stage and shop due to mental health reasons, Alice Wonderland has made a wonderful come back with craft sweets of her own making! They are reportedly a little more expensive than the industrialized ones, but are made on demand according to the client's specifications, and she even provides some samples from time to time.

However, in the back of the store, only those who have awakened or are of the supernatural community are allowed to be in the know of the other type of the sweets, the magical ones, meant to be used for amusement primarily with minor beneficial effects. These are definitely more expensive than the normal ones, likewise a sample is available from time to time, and she produces them on demand.
